When your free trial ends, you’ll have the opportunity to upgrade to a paid membership. We’ll notify you in advance so you have time to choose a plan that fits your needs. Your listings will remain live and visible during this period, and we won’t remove them unless you decide not to continue.

You can list any car-focused property — including homes with multi-car garages, custom workshops, car lifts, vehicle storage, climate-controlled showrooms, dealerships, race tracks, and automotive shops. If it’s built with cars in mind, it belongs on carhaus.

To create a listing, first log in or create an account from the top navigation. Once you're signed in, go to your Dashboard and click the “Create listing” button. You’ll be guided through a step-by-step form where you can add your property’s details, garage features, and upload images (via a Google Drive or Dropbox link). Once submitted, your listing will be reviewed and published to the site.

Yes — all listings include an inquiry form that goes straight to your email. You can also add your phone number or realtor contact info instead if you prefer.
