2. Account Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Listing Content

You agree not to post false, misleading, or inappropriate content. We reserve the right to edit or remove listings that violate our standards.

4. Subscription Plans

Listing availability is subject to your selected membership plan. You may cancel or upgrade your plan at any time via your dashboard.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the platform for illegal activity, spam, or unauthorized access to other users’ data.

6. Liability

Carhaus.io is not liable for the accuracy of listings or transactions between users. We do not guarantee the sale or rental of any property.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site indicates your acceptance of any changes.

8. Third-Party Services

Carhaus.io integrates with third-party services to deliver its functionality, including but not limited to:

Memberstack for user accounts and memberships
Google Analytics & Tag Manager for performance tracking
Make.com for listing submission automation
Finsweet Attributes for CMS filtering and enhanced Webflow UX

9. Billing & Refunds

Carhaus.io operates on a subscription-based model. By subscribing to one of our plans, you agree to the following:

Recurring Billing: Your membership will automatically renew each billing cycle (monthly or annually, based on your plan) until canceled.
Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
No Refunds: All payments are final. We do not offer partial or full refunds for canceled or unused time during a subscription period.

10. User Content & Intellectual Property

By submitting a listing or uploading content (including images, descriptions, documents, and property details) to Carhaus.io, you affirm that you own the rights to this content or have received explicit permission to use it. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and intellectual property rights of any content you submit.

Carhaus.io does not claim ownership of your content, but by uploading it to the platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and promote it in connection with your listing.

Users are prohibited from submitting content copied from other platforms (e.g., Zillow, MLS services) unless they have full rights or permission to do so.

We reserve the right to remove any content that we believe may infringe on copyrights or other intellectual property rights.

11. Copyright Infringement & DMCA Policy

If you believe that content posted on Carhaus.io infringes your copyright, please send a written DMCA takedown notice to carhaus.io@gmail.com.

Your request should include:

Your full name and contact information
A description of the copyrighted work
A link to the allegedly infringing content
A statement that you believe the use is unauthorized
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate
Your electronic or physical signature

We will investigate the claim promptly and remove or disable access to any infringing content when appropriate.
