Carhaus charges a flat listing fee to create and publish your property. If the buyer’s initial contact occurs through Carhaus and the property sells, a success fee applies. Full pricing details are outlined before your listing goes live.
Yes. All listings include an inquiry form that routes directly to you or your designated agent. You may also include phone or brokerage contact details if preferred.
The success-based selling fee applies if your property sells as a result of a Carhaus-generated lead. This includes buyers who first discovered the property through Carhaus, contacted you through the Carhaus platform, or were introduced through Carhaus marketing or outreach.
If a sale occurs following a Carhaus-generated introduction, the success fee is due at closing, even if the listing has been removed or the sale is completed off-platform.
